Upswing launches as a hosted service, so there’s nothing to install. Setup guides will be published here when it opens.
In the invite-only pilot, Upswing watches employers’ own job boards on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, plus the job aggregators Himalayas, Remotive and RemoteOK. It uses official APIs where they exist, with per-source rate limits and back-off. Add roles from anywhere else by pasting the job link. More boards, job alerts, communities, and API and MCP intake are coming soon. No LinkedIn scraping.
Every match is scored 0–100 against your resume, with the reason it isn’t higher.
Your coach adds one next step to cards and applications that need one, sends tips tailored to you every Monday, and answers questions in “Ask your coach”, grounded in your own search data. It drafts interview prep packs and outreach; it never sends or contacts anyone. Trust signals (domain checks, content red flags, ghost-job signals) help you judge postings. A Monday email digest, a Today card and Web Push keep you posted.
Sign-in uses a one-time code by email, with no password; sensitive changes ask for a fresh code. Paired devices sign every request and can be revoked. Auto-apply (Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby) is off until you turn it on, and then runs only within the limits you set. It is rolling out during the pilot. You can export or delete your account at any time.
