The Upswing service
Upswing will be a paid, hosted service. Its terms of service, including billing, cancellation and refunds, will be published before launch. This overview doesn’t cover them.
Terms overview
Plain expectations.
Terms for the pre-launch, invite-only website.
You make the decisions
Scores, coach suggestions, extracted information and generated drafts (including interview prep and outreach drafts) can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before relying on them or sending anything.
Third-party services
External job sources and the services Upswing relies on have their own terms and limits.
